Iran to Open Asian U-20 Volleyball Championship with Turkmenistan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will open the 18th edition of the Asian Men’s U-20 Volleyball Championship with a match against Turkmenistan on July 9.
Defending champion Iran has been drawn in Pool B along with Turkmenistan, Qatar and Hong Kong.
Iran will also play Qatar and Hong Kong on July 10th and 11th.
The competition will be held in Koahsiung, Chinese Taipei from July 9 to 17.
Host Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia are in Pool A.
Pool C comprises China, Japan, Pakistan and Iraq, while South Korea, Bahrain, Sri Lanka and Australia are in Pool D.
