Iran Oil Show 2017 Opens in Tehran

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The 22nd Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition kicked off in the Iranian capital on Saturday with more than 4,000 domestic and foreign companies showcasing their latest technical achievements.

The international exhibition, also known as the Iran Oil Show, opened at Tehran International Permanent Fairground with Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, foreign ambassadors, directors of major oil firms and around 4,000 exhibitors in attendance, Shana reported.

Countries such as China, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Russia, Japan, the Netherlands, Austria, South Korea and Australia have their own pavilions in the Iran Oil Show.

Mohammad Nasseri, the director of the exhibition, said earlier that a company from the US, Pall Corporation, would also be present in the event.

Major foreign exhibitors include Wintershall Holding GmbH (Germany), Siemens (Germany), Lukoil (Russia), OMV (Austria), and ONGC (India), according to the report.
