Godwin Mensha Declares Himself ‘Satisfied’ with Persepolis Move
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Nigerian striker Godwin Mensha says that he is satisfied with his move to Persepolis football team.
Former Paykan forward has penned a two-year contract with the Iran champion.
“I had several offers from Iranian clubs but I’ve made the best decision. Persepolis is a big team in Iran and Asia," Mensha said.
"Our team is a favorite to win the AFC Champions League title. I hope I can win trophies with Persepolis,” Mensha said.
“I can pave my way in Persepolis to be invited to Nigeria national football team. I would like to thank Persepolis fans who supported me to join their team,” the 27-year-old player added.
