We Had Troubles against Iran but Won, Poland Coach Pawlik Says

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Poland U-21 volleyball coach Sebastian Pawlik said that they made stupid mistakes against Iran.

Poland defeated Iran 3-2 (27-29, 25-21, 20-25, 25-20, 15-11) in Pool E of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U-21 World Championship on Thursday.

“We had troubles in the match against Iran. We produced stupid mistakes, but the final result was in our favor. We are in the semifinals and just waiting for the opponent,” Poland coach Sebastian Pawlik said.

Lukasz Kozub, player of Poland, also said: “We wanted to win but our game was not too good. Finally we did win and we are happy.”
