Israeli Guards Attack Palestinian Female Prisoners in Occupied Territories

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Israeli security forces in Damon Prison in the occupied territories harshly attacked Palestinian women held captive in the prison.

After conducting multiple visits to the prison, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) revealed Monday that the director of Damon prison attacked the female prisoners personally and tied their hands behind their backs.

A follow-up committee has been formed to investigate the violent incident, the PPS added, according to the Palestinian Information Center.

According to media reports, Palestinian prisoners complain that they have been subjected to assault and torture at Israeli jails.
