2nd Conference of Resistance Scholars Kicks Off in Beirut
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The second edition of the international conference of resistance scholars kicked off in Beirut on Wednesday.
More than 200 scholars from over 80 countries participated in the two-day event.
“True Promise: Palestine between Balfour Declaration and Divine Promise” is the theme of the conference.
Meantime, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei in a message to the conference described the battle against the Zionist regime of Israel as a “sacred” one and a collective responsibility of the entire Muslim world, recommending efforts to diversify the continued fight against Tel Aviv.
The first international conference of resistance scholars was held in the Lebanese capital city in May 2016.
