Iranian, Bosnian FMs Urge Closer Anti-Terror Cooperation
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Bosnian counterpart Igor Crnadak described terrorism as a common threat to the world, calling for closer cooperation between the two countries in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
During a meeting in Sarajevo on Friday, the two top diplomats discussed the latest developments in the world and emphasized that Iran and Bosnia and Herzegovina should develop and deepen their ties in various fields, including politics, economy, and culture.
The two sides further stressed that visa requirements for business people, entrepreneurs and tourists of the two countries should be further facilitated.
Zarif and Crnadak also said that they have a common stance on the fight against terrorism, describing terrorism as a common threat facing their countries as well as the world.
Zarif has traveled to Bosnia on the fourth and last leg of his tour of the Balkans and Eastern Europe that has already taken him to Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia.
