Syrian Refugees Receive Humanitarian Aid as Leaving Idlib (+Video)

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Hundreds of Syrian refugees were given humanitarian aid and medical treatment, as they continued to leave the militant-held Idlib through the Abu al-Duhur corridor.

Large number of Syrian refugees continued to leave Idlib, the last major militant stronghold in Syria, through the Abu al-Duhur humanitarian corridor.

The refugees were given humanitarian aid and medical treatment, organized by the Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides while leaving the militant-held Idlib since Tuesday afternoon, according to Al Masdar website.

A refuge and witness from the city of Hama described the harsh condition of tent-camps that people are kept by the militants saying, “The situation there was very harsh and we just could not help it. Glory be to Allah, the situation has changed and now we can return to our homes.”

Idlib is one of the last de-escalation zones in Syrian under the control of the militant groups.
