Footage Shows Saudi-Backed Forces Walking Right into Yemeni Ambush In Hudaydah (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Yemeni Al-Massira TV released a footage this week showing a group of Saudi-baked fighters walk right inside an explosive-rigged ambush set by Ansarullah forces in Hudaydah region.
Dozens of Saudi-backed militants were instantly killed after setting foot into an IED trap.
Late in October, the Saudi-led military coalition had sent 10,000 of troops to Yemen’s Hudaydah ahead of a fresh offensive against the blockaded port city.
Leading a coalition of its allies, including the United Arab Emirates and Sudan, Saudi Arabia invaded Yemen in March 2015 in an attempt to reinstall Yemen’s former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, who resigned amid popular discontent and fled to the Arab kingdom.
