President Highlights Iran’s Capacity to Attract Investments
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said the conditions are favorable today for attracting investments in all sectors of the Iranian economy.
President Rouhani made the comment in a meeting with Chairman of the Davos World Economic Forum Professor Klaus Schwab who had come to welcome him on Wednesday evening.
Ground is properly prepared for making investment in all economic sectors in Iran, Rouhani stated.
He said that Iran considers Davos as an appropriate opportunity to introduce the high potential of the Iranian economy to all participants in the high level international economic gathering.
"Davos is a good opportunity for the world to benefit from Iran’s economic capacities," President Rouhani said.
President Rouhani explained about Iran’s diplomacies in the field of combining the country’s foreign diplomacy with economic interactions with other countries of the world.
President underscored that his government considers the issue of combining economic and oil diplomacy with Iran’s foreign policy.
The Islamic Republic of Iran enjoys the best position in the region, the Iranian president noted, adding that any kind of economic developments in Iran would benefit the whole region.
Schwab, for his part, thanked President Rouhani for attending WEF in Davos.
Schwab said presence of President Rouhani in the economic forum is a very positive signal to the global community.
