Iran, US Volleyball Federations Sign Cooperation Agreement

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iran and US volleyball federations’ officials have signed a cooperation protocol on Monday.

Doug Beal, US Volleyball CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and head of Iran Volleyball Federation Mohammad Reza Davarzani signed a cooperation protocol with a view to developing standards in two countries at all levels.

“The cooperation protocol will strengthen ties between two countries and increase in the rate of collaborations at various levels,” Davarzani said.

Doug Beal also said the agreement will improve relations between the two countries.

“It’s a good start for two countries to make better use of existing capacity. The standards of volleyball will improve not only in two countries but at the world,” Doug Beal said.

The Iranian volleyball team is now in the US to play friendlies in the USA Volleyball Cup.
