Iran to Participate in Asian Beach Games
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will send 85 athletes to take part in the fourth Asian Beach Games which will be held in Phuket, Thailand from November 14 to 23.
The Iranian athletes will compete in 17 out of 26 sports in the event.
It is anticipated that more than 3,500 athletes and officers from 45 countries in Asia will be participating in the games.
The first Asian Beach Games was held in Indonesia in 2008.
Vietnam will host the fifth edition in Khanh Hoa Province and Da Nang City in 2016.
