Iran’s Shameli, Zareian Advance to KL Junior Open Squash Championship Final

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Alireza Shameli and Sajad Zareian qualified for the final round of KL Junior Open Squash Championship 2015.

In the boys’ Under-17, Shameli defeated Darren Rahul Pragasam from Malaysia 6-11, 11-7, 8-11, 11-7, 11-5

He will play Eugene Heng Jeng Li from Malaysia on Sunday.

In the boys’ Under-19 category, Sajad Zareian defeated Indian’s Abhay Singh 11-8, 8-11, 11-8, 7-11, 16-14 to reach final.

He will face Ryunosuke Tsukue from Japan in the final match.

On Friday, Iran’s Parmin Nekopaeian and Mohammad Danial Gharouni had advanced to the final macth.

KL Junior Open Squash Championship has brought about 500 squash players in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia together from December 2 to 7, making it the biggest junior tournament in Asia.
