Iran Trains Foreign Police Forces

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Amin Police University has provided training courses for police forces from 16 different countries in the previous Iranian year, director of the Iranian academy said.

“In the past year (20 March 2012- 20 March 2013), Amin University provided training for police forces of 16 countries,” General Mohammad Taqi Assar, head of Iran’s Amin Police University stated.

Addressing a gathering of military attachés from different countries in the academy of the Iranian law enforcement police here in Tehran, General Assar also noted that the training methods offered at  Amin University have been welcomed and helped it start effective relations with police forces from other countries.

“At present, (trainees from) 3 countries undergo training courses in Amin law enforcement university,” he pointed out.
