Iranian Duo into Gymnastics World Cup Final

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Saeed Reza Keekha and Ahmad Kohani booked their place at the 2020 International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) World Cup on Thursday.

Keekha advanced to the final in the pommel horse with 14.400 points.

American Stephen Nedoroscik (14.600), Russian Vladislav Poliashov (14.300) and Japanese Kohei Kameyama (14.300) also qualified for the final stage.

Iranian gymnast Kohani also advanced to the final stage with 14,633 points in the rings.

Greek Eleftherios Petrounias scored 15.058 points while British Courtney Tulloch (14,700), Egyptian Ali Zahran (14,500) and Kiu Chung Ng from Hong Kong (14,333) also advanced to the final.

The FIG World Cup 2020 is being held in Melbourne, Australia from February 20 to 23.
