Jalal Hosseini Iran’s Legend in ACL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Captain of Persepolis football team was chosen as the Iranian legend of AFC Champions League (ACL).
The poll saw Hosseini with 50 percent of voters, while 49 percent voted Esteghlal’s Farhad Majidi.
In a new series of profiles, the-afc.com looked at some of the icons of the AFC Champions League era, kicking off with five from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Ehsan Hajsafi from Tractor, Zob Ahan’s Ghasem Haddadifar and goalkeeper of Shahr Khodro Mehdi Rahmati were also on the list.
