Bashar Resan to Leave Persepolis
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iraqi iconic midfielder Bashar Resan has sent a fond farewell to the Persepolis fans.
The 24-year-old, who has one year left on his contract, posted a farewell message to his Instagram page Tuesday night.
Resan played a great role in the 2020 AFC Champions League (West), helping Persepolis reach the final for the second time in three years.
Al-Arabi and Al-Rayyan have reportedly shown their interest in signing Resan.
Persepolis football club, however, has announced that it will not allow the player to leave the team.
