Moud Bonyadifar Chosen to Referee Tehran Derby
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Moud Bonyadifar was chosen to officiate Tehran derby between Esteghlal and Pesrepolis football teams.
The match will take place in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on Saturday.
Hassan Zahiri and Alireza Ildorom will assist him in this match.
Ali Safaei will be the fourth official.
Persepolis and Esteghlal are both favorites to win the Iran Professional League (IPL) title in the current season.
Tehran derby is arguably the most important derby in Asia.
At the end of IPL Matchweek 7, Sepahan sits top of the table with 16 points, two points above Persepolis and three points above Esteghlal.
