Iran’s Faraji Bags Silver at 2024 WTT Youth Contender in Beirut
TEHRAN (Tasnim)– Benyamin Faraji of Iran won a silver medal at the 2024 WTT Youth Contender Beirut on Wednesday.
He lost to Alan Kurmangali of Kazakhstan 3-0 (11-8, 11-4, 12-10) in the final match of the U-17 Boys Singles.
Faraji had triumphed over table tennis players from Lebanon, Egypt, and Kazakhstan en route to the final match.
The competition is being held in Beirut, Lebanon from March 26 to 28.
