Iran, Iraq Explore Avenues for Broadening Academic Cooperation
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The chancellor of Sharif University of Technology discussed ways of expanding cooperation and interaction with Iraqi universities in the scientific, research and academic fields during a visit to the Arab country.
Seyed Abbas Mousavi held talks with Acting Speaker of Council of Representatives of Iraq Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, head of the Board of Trustees of Al-Farahidi University of Iraq, chancellor of Baghdad University and also the Iranian ambassador to Baghdad, according to Mehr news agency.
During the meetings, the two sides weighed the plan for expansion of international cooperation in various scientific, research and academic fields.
