Dragan Skocic Rues Foolad's Lack of Cutting Edge
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Foolad coach Dragan Skocic was left to rue missed chances after his side was held to a goalless draw by Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia in Group C of the AFC Champions League on Tuesday.
“I think we had great chances to score but unfortunately missed them,” Skocic told reporters in the post match news conference.
“We knew that Al-Hilal has come here without some key players due to suspension but we didn’t take them for granted,” the Croat added.
“I am not satisfied with the way we played in the first half but in the second half we did well but could not score,” Skocic said.
