Jahanbakhsh Linked to European Clubs: Report
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – NEC Nijmegen winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh has been linked with several European clubs.
Celtic Glasgow, Norwich City, RSC Anderlecht, Standard Liege, FC Groningen and SC Heerenveen are all interested in the 21-year-old, De Gelderlander newspaper reported.
Jahanbakhsh was a member of the Iran football team in the 2014 World Cup and the 2015 AFC Asian Cup.
On 26 May 2013, Jahanbakhsh reached an agreement with Dutch Eredivisie outfit NEC for a three-year deal. He has played 54 times for the team and scored 17 goals.
