Egypt’s Interim President Holds First Meeting with New Cabinet
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Egypt's Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Hazem El-Beblawi holds its first meeting with Interim President Adly Mansour and vice president Mohamed ElBaradei.
Interim President Adly Mansour held a meeting Tuesday evening with Egypt's new Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Hazem El-Beblawi at the presidential palace in Cairo.
Adly discussed with cabinet ministers, sworn in on Tuesday, the latest political developments as well the role of the government in the upcoming transitional period.
They also discussed issues related to improving the economic performance and services offered to Egyptians and achieving national security.
The meeting was also attended by vice president for foreign affairs Mohamed ElBaradei.
