Persepolis Striker Zahedi to Join Fukuoka
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis football club forward Shahab Zahedi plans to join the Japanese club Avispa Fukuoka.
Zahedi joined Persepolis in last year’s July but failed to live up to expectations.
He played 16 matches for Persepolis and scored six goals.
Persepolis has completed the signing of Issa Alekasir and it seems Zahedi should leave the team to join Fukuoka.
Avispa Fukuoka is a Japanese professional football club based in Hakata, Fukuoka. It currently competes in the J1 League, which is the top tier of football in the East Asian country.
