Islamic Solidarity Games: Iran’s Artistic Gymnastics Wins Bronze
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran won a bronze medal at the artistic gymnastics at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku on Sunday.
Saeedreza Keikha, Saman Madani and Hadi Khanarinejad represented the Iranian team and claimed a bronze medal with 152.150 points.
Gold medal went to Turkey with 163.450 points and host Azerbaijan seized the silver with 161.700 points.
More than 3,000 athletes from 54 countries of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation are competing in 21 sports at the Games which run through May 22.
The Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games started May 8 and will last until May 22 in Azerbaijan’s capital.
