Dozens of Palestinians Injured In Gaza Flotilla Protest (+Video)

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - At least 32 protesters were injured when Israeli border forces opened fire at protesters participating in a flotilla protest at the northern border of the Gaza Strip on Monday afternoon.

The protest was held in support of flotilla titled 'Freedom Ship 17' that set sail from the port of Gaza in an attempt to break the Israeli siege on the Strip.

Israeli border forces fired live rounds and teargassed protesters who hurled stones and rocks at border fences.

Palestinian paramedics were present to carry off injured and those suffering from teargas inhalations.

According to the organizer of the march, Gaza's National Committee for Breaking the Siege, "The naval marches will continue until our goals are achieved."
