Tractor Provisionally Moves Second: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Tractor football team defeated Gol Gohar 1-0 on Thursday and moved provisionally to second place in the 2023-24 Iran Professional League (IPL).
Gustavo Vagenin scored the only goal of the match in Sirjan before the half-time.
Tractor moved up to second place with 21 points, two points behind Esteghlal, which has two games in hand.
On Friday, Malavan will host Shams Azar in Bandar Anzali, Paykan meet Zob Ahan in Tehran and Sanat Naft face Aluminum in Abadan.
On Saturday, Nassaji will host struggling Esteghlal Khuzestan, Sepahan meet Mes, Persepolis play Havadar and Foolad face Esteghlal in Ahvaz.
