Iran’s Toosi Seizes Silver at ASA Athletics Grand Prix 3
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian female runner Maryam Toosi won a silver medal at the 2024 ASA Athletics Grand Prix 3 in Johannesburg.
British sprinter Laviai Nielsen won the gold medal, clocking 23.32 seconds in the women’s 200 meters.
Toosi finished in the second place with a time of 23.40 seconds.
South African sprinter Shirley Nekhubui seized the bronze with 23.51 seconds.
