Saeid Marouf Misses Iran Match against Japan with Cold
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran volleyball captain Saeid Marouf will be absent in the match against Japan in the 2021 Volleyball Nations League (VNL) opener due to a head cold.
Iran is scheduled to play Japan on Friday.
Milad Ebadipour will be Iran’s captain in the match.
The 16-team tournament begins with a round-robin phase where each side will play 15 games.
The third edition of the competition will be held from May 28 to June 27 in Rimini, Italy.
